Homemade Pizza Crust

I used the Artisan bread dough to make pizza crust for supper tonight. It turned out really well. I didn’t exactly follow the directions for pizza, but I think it turned out fine anyway.

The instructions said to preheat the cooking stone, but I just coated it with a little olive oil, then sprinkled it with corn meal. Then I worked the dough out on the pans and let it rise there for about 30 minutes. I made two pizzas and used the rest of the dough. I let the dough bake for about 5 minutes at 425` then added the toppings and put it back in the oven for about 12 more minutes. I like the cheese brown and bubbly.

The crust turned out crunchy and chewy, and wonderful.
