One of the most important gifts that yoga and meditation have given me is to open my heart and mind to the ideas and needs of others.
What I would like to accomplish most with this blog is to post topics that are meaningful to my readers. So here’s your chance to share your ideas and needs with me, and see them bear fruit in the form of my posts.
I am asking each of you to submit topics that are of interest to you. Poses, principles, lifestyle questions, all of it. If you want to learn how to do something in particular, or have a challenge with your practice, let me know. In return, I’ll post pieces that relate to what you want to read about, and we will all grow together.
