Perhaps we are so concerned about airing our views, our opinions, our problems that we forget that our partner may have some to air too.
I am not wholly convinced that a lack of communication is the problem in relationships. I feel it is more &#039;mis-communication&#039; that is the problem. One partner may say something but it gets interpreted differently by the other partner (and vice versa, of course). It seems that even when partners do talk to each other, they forget to ensure that the other person has really understood what was intended.
Quite often, a partner may feel that the other partner wants an answer to their problem. This is not always the case; sometimes the partner just needs to air their problem and have you listen!</description>
