How many joints can someone have replaced? It seems, as many as you need.

Eileen Brown, a 49-year-old who has had rheumatoid arthritis (RA) for a good part of her life, has had most of her major joints replaced, including knuckles. She is due to have yet another replacement, her left hip, hopefully soon. Her life with chronic pain almost ended at one point when she developed a life-threatening infection, but she pulled through and went on to have more surgeries.
