How Much Weight Should You Lose?

April 15, 2009 by Cherie Burbach

A good majority of women want to lose weight. But how much is safe? And how long will it really take you to lose the pounds?

I came across this weight loss calculator that was really beneficial to me. You can enter your current weight, how much you want to lose, and it will tell you the exact date you will be at your goal weight and how many calories to cut to get there. Fabulous! It takes the guesswork out of weight loss and really makes it easier to visualize.

As the previous comment notes, the link does not work. However, I did find the website and am posting the full link here:

It is a good tool AND I still remain convinced that ANY diet or strategy will work IF you are willing to commit to sustained application. It’s all about discipline. SO pick one and get started. :)
