Hopefully this will help a lot of my readers. I get a lot of comments regarding how to get tickets to Paula’s Party in Savannah. Unfortunately, I don’t always have the time to answer these inquiries in a timely matter.
If you are wanting to see about getting tickets to her show, the best place is her personal website, www.pauladeen.com. This site has information about appearances, books, cookbooks, magazines, products, her sons, restaurants and shows.

Thanks. I know she was down here a few months ago and the place was crazy busy, tons and tons of people showed up for her book signing.
Hi Paula,
I know you have a grandson you love dearly as I do. I have to tell you this little story. Last evening my husband was bringing Connor (our 12 year old grandson) home from basketball practice and my husband told him there were two or three “skinny” little boys on his team. Connor said yes, that one of them had legs smaller than his wrist. He said they needed to go to Grandma’s house to eat. After they got home they were telling me the story and I so proudly said “Grandma is a really good cook”. Connor replied “yes, but not as good as Paula Deen. She puts butter in everything.” We all had a good laugh. Connor and I frequently watch food network together and cook together. He especially likes to make mashed potatoes with a lot of butter. As you can tell he is the “light of my life”. Shirley
My husband and I would love to attend a Paula’s Party. We are both big fans of Paula. We have been married 35 years, farm kids. We are from Indiana and have raised 3 children. I (Joyce) was active in 4H, cooking, home fashsions. My mother and I made all my formals for proms.
The Grandma’s and Mom taught me how to cook and bake. My lemon merange pie, put my husbands love for a sweat young girl over the top! Pleae let us know if we can attend a party. Joyce

We need to make travel arrangments. I keep checking my email everyday, and nothing yet. Does anyone know what kind of notice you are given. I know they don’t respond that they received your request, but how long is the wait time usually? Any info would be GREATLY appreciated!!
Thanks!!

We are planning a trip to Tybee Island,Georgia in February of 2009. The highlight of the trip would be to see a taping of Paula’s Party. Will she be taping in February? If so, how do I go about getting tickets? Looking forward to your reply.
Fans of Paula’s
I wouldn’t waste money on an expensive ticket just to see Paula Deen…Role model ? What a JOKE !
I bought my friend and myself tickets to see Paula Deen in Jackson, MS. I used the last bit of money in my account to purchase what was her Christmas present and mine. We had spent so much time fantasizing about what she would be like and what she would cook, hoping we might be one of the lucky ones to get a taste of her food. What a crock! They should have billed this as an advertisement for the local hotel who supplied the “working” cook and the no name singer who entertained us until Paula made her cameo appearance. Her fingers did not touch food much less cook anything, in fact, the chef did not cook, just explain how HE made HIS signature dishes. The last straw was the joke about her upcoming colonoscopy. I had wanted to go to her cooking shows in Savannah, but my mother was dying from colon cancer. After she passed away, to cheer myself up, I attempted to book a space but Paula was no longer taking reservations for those shows. I called someone affiliated with her and found out that she was taking time off, later finding out it was due to her upcoming arrival of her grandchild. I fully understand, family comes first. However, if your heart is no longer in your public, please stay home with your family and enjoy them. I have such a bad taste in my mouth and so much disappointment over our long awaited outing. Shame on y’all.
