H&W Celebrity week: Tori Spelling has a girl

That’s two girls in a week for celebrities. Earlier, I posted that Jessica Alba had a girl who she named Honor Marie Warren.
Now, it’s Tori Spellings’ turn. According to People Magazine, Tori and her husband Dean McDermott welcomed their second child today, Stella Doreen McDermott, also born in Los Angeles, LA.
