Hybrid Cars A Requirement For Illinois?

If you live in a city in Illinois, you might have to purchase a hybrid vehicle soon enough. That is, if the new state law is going to be approved. And such a move is done not to actually be a burden more for people but to actually promote and let people be aware of the benefits of using ethanol and biodiesel powered vehicles.

Rep. Mike Boland did send out such a request and he believes in the environment benefits that we all could get from people who use these environment-friendly vehicles. He does say, “We have an opportunity to really bring about an economic renaissance to rural Illinois by the increased use of ethanol and biodiesel. We know there are a number of new (ethanol and biodiesel) plants that are being constructed around the state.… What this does is, it brings hundreds of construction workers to small towns… and a permanent work force of anywhere from 35 to 75 workers.”
