Iggygate

Yes, the Ellen Degeneres dog debacle has been dubbed “Iggygate.” Eh, whatever, it’s gotten really dumb all the way around.

The agency has claimed that they’ve already given the dog to a new home and Ellen says that the mention on yesterday’s show will be the last time she talks about it unless Iggy is returned to her hairdresser’s family. So I’m thinking this will be the last time we hear about it.

The agency, Mutts and Moms, has claimed they’ve been receiving death threats and general harassment and have filed a police report.

Did Ellen really think that by mentioning the agency name and what happened to the entire nation that no one would rally up the crazy and try to take matters into their own hands? So she’s very passionate about animals, that’s great, but this could have been handled so much better.
