Image transfer methods

We’ve gone over a LOT of different methods for doing image transfers here on Layers Upon Layers, and I thought it might be handy to compile a list all in one place! You can always find an up-to-date list in the Pages section in the right-hand sidebar.
Paper image transfers – plain and photo paper
Fabric image transfers – t-shirt and transparencies
Contact paper transfers (aka Packing tape transfers)
Digital Polaroid image transfer

Ooohh — Good links! I’ve never (yet) done an image transfer, but I’ve seriously thought about making T-shirts or other items with my photos for Christmas gifts and I do believe these will help a lot! Thanks!
I’d love to know how your project turns out!
Many thanks for all of the wonderful links. I will share them with my crafting friends! Cindi
Cyndi,
I subscribe to your site and I LOVE it. I am very very new to FibreArt although I quilt a little. This list and the links and tutorials you have included have helped open a whole new wonderful world to me. I had no idea there were so many wonderful ways of working with images. I can’t wait to try everything and I really appreciate your clear and concise instructions and archives. Thank you sooooo much.

Your mold making pics jogged few memories
of my hilarious mold making experiments.
Looking forward seeing how your project turns out.
Thank you for all the links….as always, very informative post.

Cindy, Shirley, and Marie, thanks so much for your comments! Shirley, if you need any help with any of them, just leave me a question here and I’ll see what I can do
Fun stuff! I can see it’s time to get my holiday crafting on!
Excellent list! I still need to try at least one of these techniques, but I’m glad you have them all together for me when I do manage to find time to try one or two out.
Great resource! Thank you for this.
Cheers,
Madge
