Individual pizza variation - artichoke and sausage

So, those individual pizzas that we made? There are lots of variations you can do to keep your family from getting bored…
How about artichoke and sausage?
Add cut up canned (or frozen) artichoke hearts and pre-cooked sausage to each of the flatbreads, or substitute those ingredients for the olives and chilis. I like it all together, and sometimes I use feta cheese instead of parmesan
