Designed for all pediatric professionals, the Infectious Diseases in Children Symposium is on it’s 19th run, this time in the Big Apple’s Hilton New York Hotel.
Office pediatricians, pediatric nurse practitioners, family practitioners and other primary health care providers, and other interested parties can attend to review the latest information about pediatric diseases and update their skills in managing patients.
This year’s issues to be discussed include latest immunization information, vaccine safety, cough medications, MRSA, acute and chronic pediatric respiratory illnesses, dermatologic problems, rotavirus prevention and management and much more.
The keynote discussions will be led by Jon S. Abramson, MD and Larry K. Pickering, MD, FAAP, and will examine immunizations, both in children and adolescents. And back by popular demand, James H. Brien, DO will present his popular “What’s Your Diagnosis?” sessions, interactive versions of the well-read Infectious Diseases in Children column. Test your diagnosis skills and discover new ways to analyze symptoms during these lunchtime discussions.
