Caught this interview recently on YouTube and I thought it was worth sharing with each of you. In the video, Melanie Oakley, a Registered Dietitian from Lourdes Hospital in Binghamton, New York, explains the different types of diabetes and management.
I especially liked her explanation of insulin resistance. That’s a difficult concept to understand sometimes. Enjoy this short interview clip:
