I’m excited to introduce Liz Lewis who will be co-blogging with me here at Alzheimer’s Notes. Liz lives in New Zealand and is a registered nurse, who works in an ATR unit for patients over the age of 65. So she deals with all sorts of issues including declining cognitive abilities and Alzheimer’s disease.
Liz has first hand experience working with Alzheimer’s patients and their families and will be presenting news on Alzheimer’s research and dealing with Alzheimer’s, as well as providing reviews on research, products, and books relating to this disease.
With Liz’s knowledge and experience, along with mine as an author and caregiver for my mom and aunt who had Alzheimer’s, Alzheimer’s Notes should provide an expanded view for you. Also, since I live in the United States and Liz in New Zealand, perhaps we’ll have a more international approach, too.
I’d enjoy having you welcome Liz by leaving a message in the “comments” section of this message.
