I haven't used Blogger for a loooong time but as I recall you don't have anything like Akismet that you can add to your blog or am I wrong? We have Akismet built in to these WP blogs and that puts Micky/David/Patrick/Whoever his highness thinks he is right now, into a moderation queue. That enables me to mark him as spam which I've been doing for months now. Then I just delete the bugger... What I would suggest you folks do (yeah, I see him all over - sick - has no life) is flag his blog as often as you can. Matter of fact I think I'll do that when I'm finished writing this comment. If he's flagged often enough Google will disable, or better yet, delete his blog. It no doubt won't stop him but it might slow his evil work down. I guess if he harasses us enough we could report him to his ISP. I have (don't know if Blogger does this either) his ISP's identification somewhere.
