iPod Nano Case from a Cassette Tape

This post came from a Phil Collins fan blog post titled: Be all ironic with Contexture’s 45 cassette-tape Nano case.
The reason this was featured on the Phil Collins fan blog was that the particular Nano case was made from a Phil Collins cassette tape. I believe the company that offers these for sale has multiple artists’ cassettes available to house your Nano.
Has anyone ever made any of these? I’m considering it, but don’t know exactly how to go about it. Maybe I’ll do some research and find some instructions somewhere.
