Brown 1 lb. of ground beef in a deep pot. Add two cans of red kidney beans (liquid and all) Add two cans of diced tomatoes with peppers and onions (or similar) Add one small can of tomato paste Add one envelope of McCormick's chili seasoning and 3/4 cup water. Bring to a boil and simmer for 20 min. Top with cheese, sour cream and jalepenos (if desired) Guaranteed to please! Kim,
