Is your condition considered sexy?

Would you feel better if you could add a little dazzle to your CFS accessories? I am always forgetting to bring my inhaler on outings….why do I forget it, when it’s so necessary for me. I suspect its because I don’t want to look like a total loser, having to lug around a breathing apparatus. However, if I could give my oh so drab inhaler a little pimped out makeover - I would want to bring it with me everywhere….and all those celebutant wannabes would be soooo jealous of me.
Crystal Icing will decorate any item with Swarovski Crystals….any item at all (this includes medical accessories). So if you are feeling a little shy about your pill case (to go with those pearly sheened meds) or your walking cane, just send it along to Crystal Icing.
**thanks to Jenni at Chronicbabe for introducing this to me.

Hmm… I’m thinking of getting a rolling walker and intend to trick it out in some way. I may be decrepit but I’m still a young(ish) single gal!
awesome….
can’t wait to hear about all the hipsters you will be picking up with that thing
Don’t hold your breath!
well at least tell me where you intend to pick them up.
I for one, know more than a few men who would go for a bejeweled walker…..and if my suspicions are correct, you will soon be beating them off with a stick
Well, so far I have the art gallery in mind. Not exactly a hot pick-up joint!
Don’t dis-count the art gallery….cultured men hang out there.
I think it’s important for a man to know the difference between say a da Vinci and a Botero (ok big difference…since I don’t think da Vinci painted people like Mr Potato Head).
But still…wouldn’t you like to meet someone who knew about stuff like that….you don’t want to have to teach a man everything…do you?
Well, that’s true. I actually dumped a guy because despite being quite cultured he wasn’t interested in talking about it. I was intellectually frustrated.
See….geeky boys can make interesting boyfriends.
Actually I’m not really looking. Having a hot walker would just be a matter of personal style.
well,
its nice to know that you will have the most blinged (do you people still use this word?) out walker on the island.
Wow, this is actually a really cool idea. I think this is a good business idea. Not only will this business idea hinder the social stigma that is placed on people who have to use inhalers and other medical equipment to live a “normal” life, but it can also lead to new small businesses around the country.
Hi Genetics56,
I agree, it is a really great idea. Not only would it make people feel better about their medical accessories…I think it might actually help people to remember to take them with them.
I for one, am always losing (or at least forgetting) to bring my inhaler with me.
