fridgeUnclutterer has a great article about uncluttering your refrigerator crisper . I love this well-researched post! I hate it when perfectly delicious fresh fruits and veggies go bad under my care.

Luckily that doesn’t happen often now that I have a teeny tiny refrigerator. Still, I could probably do better at storing items correctly to maximize their lifespan. Perhaps I should add this to my New Year’s resolutions…

    Thanks for the link – it’s a good article! I like the fact that they have taken the trouble to consult a relevant expert about how to store each veggie

    They used to but I’ve gotten much better at not letting produce go to waste. Mostly because I now buy only when I know what I’m doing with it, and I buy less at a time.

    Nah, actually I’m getting better. I’m really, really trying because produce isn’t cheap and I’m sick of basically throwing money away. But when I saw this post title I said “Augh! That is so me!
