This grill gadget from Williams-Sonoma can help you make roasted and stuffed jalapeño peppers, or “poppers.” The roaster holds 18 peppers upright and away from the flame and grates. It’s also dishwasher safe!

Honestly, I’m never seen these made with just the stem area cut off and standing up. The few recipes I’ve seen involve halving the peppers, filling them, (sometimes wrapping them in bacon) and then broiling them laying down.
This product is exclusive to WS, so maybe this method isn’t that widespread. They look cute though, don’t they?
