Jamie Lynn Spears’ mom’s book on parenting delayed
Lynne Spears’ book about parenting has been delayed indefinitely, her publisher said Wednesday. Lindsey Nobles, a spokeswoman for Christian book publisher Thomas Nelson Inc., said Wednesday that the memoir by the mother of Britney Spears was put on hold last week.
She declined to comment on whether the delay was connected to the revelation that Spears’ 16-year-old daughter, Jamie Lynn, is pregnant.
I can’t say that I’m really surprised by this, but I was quite surprised she – or anyone else for that matter, would consider her expert enough to write a book on parenting.
If you were to consider buying the parenting book by Lynne Spears once it hit the shelves, what would you hope to see included?
Personally, I think it would be great of her to focus on where she potentially went wrong. What she thinks could have been done differently to alter the outcome of her daughters. I’d also like to see in depth opinions by her daughters, on what they would have had their mother do differently that might have changed the paths they chose.
Thoughts?

I don’t think people would buy this looking for parenting advice at all! I think they’d be looking for insider stories and more reason not to respect Brit’s privacy.
