Jamie Lynn Spears to give up baby
Jamie Lynn Spears, the 16 year old pregnant Zoey 101 star and sister of Britney spears, has agreed to give up her unborn baby. Reportedly she will turn the baby over to her mother after the child’s birth so she can focus on her career.
A source told America’s Star magazine: “After several weeks of personal soul searching and talks and discussions with her mom, Jamie Lynn reluctantly agreed that giving up the baby is the right thing to do.
“Lynne says Jamie doesn’t understand the lifelong consequences of having a baby. She wants Jamie Lynn to continue her show business career after the baby is born and Jamie Lynn also realises she wants to enjoy her teenage years without the responsibilities of caring for a baby.
“Jamie Lynn will be back at work and trying to remind people of her talent and not that she is an unwed teenage mother.”
Fantastic. Why do I have the sneaking suspicion that sixteen years from now we may be revisiting this saga, but for a new generation? Just a blank slate for the parents who molded Britney and Jamie Lynn in the first place.

She was mature enough to lay down and spread her legs as an unwed teenager, she needs to suffer the consequences for her actions. If mommy would have taught her good morals she wouldn’t have ended up pregnant so… Way to go Mom! You now have 2 screwed up daughters… are you going to screw up Jamie’s baby too??? Let the Girl take care of her own child so she will know what RESPONSIBILITY IS! Quit making her think that Hollywood is a good thing and let her live in the REAL WORLD!

You know.. the only reason you people are ragging on Lynne Spears is because she’s in the news. There ARE people out there with kids that are MUCH worse off. I happen to know a bit about the family. I’m from Louisiana, I have family that lives close to them and knows them. Lynne did a great job with her daughters, don’t blame her for the sins of Britney.. and honestly, don’t be so hard on Britney herself. You try being that young, in the middle of a storm of money and people using you and lying to you and then throw in the news and all the gossip and rumors and see if you could deal with it any better. Most kids can’t hack High School… this is High School on speed. No, Britney hasn’t made great decisions in her life, so Jamie got pregnant… she’s not the first 16 year old nor is she going to be the last. Get off their backs. They’re human beings.. and NOT A SINGLE ONE OF US.. have the right to sit in judgment of any of them.. they’re just people trying to survive in the public eye.
Well, it is better than her trying to raise it unsuccessfully right? All these irresponsible girls are having babies and I am a 26 year old adult woman who is trying but unable to conceive.. BOO!
Ok listen up peeps, I think she isa great girl ya she made a mistake “SO WHAT’ we all have done it. if you said not me you’r lying to yourself I on the other hand Iam happy for here i think shell be a fabulous mother. ther are so many people in this world that have had kids at 16 are doing great i know from personal life my sister has done it and now she has 4 kids a great job that pays really well. and for Jamie shell be ok she has some money im shore she put away and shell be able to support the baby in a loving financally stable home!!! what more can you ask for
