Jodie Sweetin is currently blogging at OK! Magazine about losing weight after having a baby. Sweetin, better known as Stephanie Judith Tanner from Full House, was a beloved child actor in the late-80’s to mid-90’s.
In 2006, Sweetin outed herself on the ABC morning news program, Good Morning America, confirming rumors that she had indeed been addicted to methamphetamines.
On June 6, 2008, Sweetin was interviewed on GMA’s, Meth to Mom: Jodie Sweetin’s Comeback. In her interview, Sweetin shared her story of going from child star to meth addict, and divorcee.
Now Sweetin is moving into the next stage of her life: Motherhood. With baby daughter, Zoie in tow, Sweetin is learning how to be a mommy and is dealing with her post-pregnancy body.
Sweetin shares on her blog that she has signed up for the Nutrisystem weight loss plan. She says it has helped her because she feels like she can stick to her the plan and enjoy great food without feeling like she’s stuck on a diet.
Sweetin also talks about working out with her personal trainer, Josh Love. While she talks about her grueling workouts, one gets the sense that having this one-on-one attention from a personal trainer really helps with her weight loss plan as well.
