Creating fabric postcards appears to be one of the very popular projects quilters and fabric artists engage in.  There are numerous reasons for this:

  • They’re projects that don’t have to take a great deal of time.
  • These are “take-along” projects to work on while traveling.
  • The postcards are easy to use in trades among quilters.
  • They can be framed singly and in groups.
  • Fabric postcards make inspirational gifts to send to friends, shut-ins, colleagues and even military personnel overseas.
  • They’re fun to make.

Here’s a round-up of some fabric postcard posts here at Quilting and Patchwork.
