		<description>Yesterday, I spent a couple of hours, just walking, not thinking very much. I think it did me good.

It helped with the despair I feel about my own situation, and the very deep existential despair I feel about the un-American Barak Hussein Obama being probably the next President of the US.


National Ammo Day is November 19th. Stock up, everyone.

Anybody who disagrees with me, I&#039;ll be happy to whack you good and hard, right in your face, with my copy of &quot;Albion&#039;s Seed.&quot;

It&#039;s a dangerously heavy book, even in  paperback</description>

		<description>There are times I&#039;m glad Alex isn&#039;t a *really strong* swimmer, still, I wouldn&#039;t rule out a triathlon in his future. He absolutely has the running and biking skills and could likely do at least a Sprint distance Triathlon.</description>
