Journal Moments – Heath Ledger Dies

I suppose everyone has heard the news of Heath Ledger’s death by now. I simply had to mention the sad news as this is one thing I have written about in my journal already today. As he was a Perth boy there’s been constant local news about his sudden death. Once the full story is revealed I will be sure to detail everything in another journal moment. Such sad news. My condolences to his family.

This is so sad. My main memory of Heath Ledger is his role in Ten Things I Hate About You. My husband worked with a guy who was in that movie, and the guy said he couldn’t believe Heath was an actor — because he was so nice. This is horrible, really. The world of film has lost yet another good one, and I am so sorry for his family and loved ones.

I agree. The film you mention is one of our family favourites. From all that has been said about Heath Ledger, I would have to say he must’ve been the nice guy everyone reckons he was. A terrible loss for all of us, but most of all his family. Thanks for commenting.
