(www.weightingline.com) — You’ve probably heard it, too: When you’re dieting, the last thing you should be drinking, aside from soda, is juice. But believe it or not, a little fruit or vegetable juice may be just what you need to kick your weight loss into high gear.
“Fruit and vegetable juices are excellent natural sources of vitamins and minerals and, in moderation, can be part of a healthy diet,” says Barry W. Ritz, PhD, a nutritional immunology researcher at Drexel University in Pennsylvania. “Compounds found in fruit and vegetable juices appear to have widespread positive effects on health.” (source)
I love cranberry juice and seltzer with a squeeze of lime. It’s refreshing and energizing, and it makes me feel so fancy when I use a martini glass. What’s your favorite juice?

grape juice. mmmm.
you have to be careful though- its gotta bee 100% juice, otherwise its all sugars and additives. added sugar spikes your blood sugar and increases your appetite.
v-8 is a great way to get your veggies for the day. another good reason for a bloody mary

Great advice, Kelly. We have to make sure we avoid juice COCKTAILS, which have all that extra sugar. I have to confess, I adore Juicy Juice.
