Jump Seat Retro Bags Evoke Days of Travel Past

Jump seat bags are great every day bags, as well as well-designed for a carryon tote. They come in a vibrant red or blue, and sport a trend setting retro look.
Plus, they come with some interesting history – the bags are all hand crafted, one-of-a-kind, and made with authentic vintage aircraft textiles. This is the same material that airplane seat covers are made of. Additionally, the lining is out of military jacket flight satin. So these bags have a travel past and present!
The Touring Bag (above) has rounded curves, and plenty of pockets to keep smaller items safe and secure, and your iPod or cell phone handy. It has a zippered closured, complete with a rhinestone airplane charm zipper pull. Long shoulder straps make it comfortable to carry.
The Galley Tote (at left) is deep and roomy, with room for all the necessities you carry, as well as a book, magazine and a little more. Inside you’ll find a zip pocket and a cell phone/multi-purpose pocket, along with outside pockets and pouches.
As I look at these bag, the seashell pattern and colors looks vaguely familiar. I can’t place the airline, but I swear I’ve seen this fabric before. If you know, please leave a comment.
Both bags are available online at Petaline. The Touring bag is $225, and the Galley Tote is $275.
