		<description>Jumping Rope is actually a very low impact exercise when done properly. As the jumper only jumps 1 inch or so and practises landing very softly on the balls of the feet. It is lower impact than jogging , and without the joint jarring effect.</description>

		<description>Rope jumping is one of the best exercises, your lower body and midsection get a good workout, and it&#039;s also very good cardio and fat burning workout. I love to do rope jumping but instead of using a steady pace i like to do HIIT. Much better for fat burning.</description>
