Kate Gosselin and Other Hot Moms

Reality TV seems to be a big thing these days, especially those that have tons of children. This got me thinking of a recent picture I saw of Kate Gosselin. You know the crazy, control freak over at Jon & Kate Plus 8. Oh don’t get mad, we all have our issues and hers is control, germs and being THE BOSS. Am I right?

But I recently saw a picture of her with her new hair cut, it’s a shorter cut then she normally has and it has spikes. I’m not fond of the spikes, especially the way it made her look. But I did like her in this picture. What do you think? One hot mom? Remember this is a mother to 8 children.

How many other moms out there, on tv do you think are HOT? Or should I say your kids would think as HOT? My son has told me repeatedly that he thinks Britney Spears fits that bill and I can see why. Some I’ve heard like OctoMom. It’s amazing the moms on tv they think are hot and the ones they don’t.

But after reading a blog earlier today I couldn’t help but laugh when I read her son told her his friends told him that they thought she was hot. What would you do? Myself, I’d probably laugh, but like her I’d probably try to make a joke out of it and say he’s never coming over again. Especially for a sleepover.

Son: “Mom, friend 1 and friend 2 think you are hot!”
Me: “Oh they do, do they?”
Son: “Yeah, they asked me how old you were too.”
Me: “Do you even know how old I am? What did you tell them?”
Son: “I told them you were 50”

I think this would definitely be an ego booster in a way but at the same time I’d be a bit leery around the child the next time they came over. My kid is too young still (I think) to have kids think I’m hot or yuck, actually I think they think all moms are yuck at this age. So I don’t have experience in this field yet.
