Keep Up With the Pet Food Class Action Lawsuit

If you’re involved in or just want to keep an eye on the $24 million class action lawsuit involving the pet food tainted with melamine, keep the following info handy!
First off, if you purchased and your pet consumed pet food after March 16, 2007 double check to see if it’s on the recalled products that are affected by the lawsuit, which contains a lot of big names like Nestle-Purina, Royal Canin, Diamond Pet Food, Hill’s, and Del Monte.
The case is called Pet Food Products Liability Litigation; MDL Docket No. 1850, Civil Action No. 07-2867 (NLH). The final hearing will take place on October 18, 2008, and the final date for submitting a claim form is November 24, 2008.

I got here by trying to do some research because I am wishing to pull a lawsuit together and find others who have been affected by this dog food that I gave our dogs, they all got sick and in different ways, one got real bad diarhea and drinking alot, another same but also gagging and choking alot, but what bothers us the most and I can’t stop crying about him, he not only had excessive thirst, being tired all the time, but he started having seizures behind his eyes and now he’s going blind on us….it’s not fair, he shouldn’t have to live with this crap…….
we only fed them this different food for 5 days because we didn’t have enough money for their regular food and cause they were out of it……
please, we don’t have alot of money and we need help…..we might be able to save his eyes if we can find a way, I know some believe that pets aren’t that important, but when you get down to it, you’re asleep like a log, who’s going to let you know if your house is on fire, if there is a burglar inside, your pets people, and what good are they if they get sick or die from a pet food……
please someone who can help emotionally just for suppor…..and financially to get together a lawsuit….lord knows I don’t know how to get one together really,, we would greatly appreciate it
