The Kapsule Chair is sturdy and child friendly designed with with soft contours. Created by Karim Rashid, it’s compact for small spaces, and was named “one of the best product designs of the year” in 2002 as a recipient of the Silver level Industrial Design Excellence Award (IDEA), and we believe it still is. That’s different, kind of looks like a jelly bean!
if it opens up, then that’s really cool, but if the storage access is just through that small opening then that doesn’t look workable to me. It’s going to be very easy to fill with small things, and then you will need to dump them all out across the bedroom floor to find what you are looking for.
Tanna – it does resemble a jelly bean!
Bev – I think the key to this product is to use it for stuff you can get out and in with less trouble; stuffed pals, dress-up clothing, blankies, etc. I’m thinking legos and blocks, not so smart.
