Now, instead of going out for breakfast, dinner or in-betweens, here are healthier menu choices that the family can enjoy:
Busy Family Meals lays out two weeks of summer menus. There is a variety of food groups on the 12 recipes.
Squakfox has 5 cheap, easy and healthy family dinners for $5. Everything looks delicious and worth trying!
Healthy Quick Meals has delicious desserts, one of which is made with tofu. Interesting.

I have two kids,7and 8 and I cook pretty much every day but once in a while we go to mcDonalds or have DD.I think that everything as to be in moderation.Once in a while, maybe once a month as a treat it’s okay to eat chicken nuggets and fries, the kids love them, but YOU as a parent have to limit THAT kind of food.
