School is almost over. Like me, you’re probably looking for kid-friendly recipes to make while the kids are out of school. I found something a refreshing kid-friendly snack from Kraft Foods featuring the strawberries which happens to be one of my kids’ favorite fruit.

Frosty Strawberry Pops
INGREDIENTS :
1/3 cup KOOL-AID Tropical Punch Flavor Sugar-Sweetened Soft Drink Mix
4 cups fresh strawberries
BLEND ingredients in blender 2 min. or until smooth; pour into 6 paper or plastic cups. Freeze 1 hour.
INSERT wooden pop stick into center of each cup. Freeze 3 hours or until firm. Remove pops from cups before serving.
It’s perfect to cool down the kids for the summer, don’t you think?
