Knee Pads Save Knee’s

For today’s safety tip I want to spend a few minuets talking about your knee’s, or maybe it’s my knee’s, or just knee’s in general.

Most of our home renovations require us to be on our knee’s while we work. There is not to much we can do about it, but there is one thing we can do to help us so we don’t end up hurting our knee’s while we are working.

Knee pad’s are the best thing to have on and they come in all shapes and sizes as well. You can get regular foam knee pads which are fairly cheap all the way to gel filled ones which are a small fortune to buy but work very, very well. If you found yourself busy and not able to buy a set of knee pads make sure you grab something thick and soft to put under your knees while you work.

Removing the direct contact from rough surfaces like concrete from our knee’s will help you all feel that much better at the end of your job. You will also remove the chance of a nail or small stone from jabbing your knee (which hurts like heck) when you have your knee pads on, so before you start and project that you know is going to have you on your knee’s for a while, spend a few dollars and minuets picking up some knee pads to prevent any chances of causing injury to yourself while your working.
