Knitting for dummies…

…me being the dummy, that is!
Sometimes when I’ve finished an intricate and time-consuming project, there’s nothing I like better than watching junk TV and doing dummy knitting. Grab those huge knitting needles and just knit away. Not even any purling, just plain old knitting. At the end of the evening, I’ve got a fun scarf to keep or give away

I must put in a word for watching junky tv and knitting PLUS praying and making a Prayer Shawl for the Prayer Shawl Ministry which gives them to people who need a warm hug in their lives. We have such a ministry in our church in Mashpee.
An excellent use of time!
I adore your knitted scarf…I have had a desire to learn to knit…I have seen many books and web pages…your pic is the first… to really inspire me to seek information on learning knitting. Where can I get instructions to learn to knit a scarf like yours. You make it sound less complicated.
Thank you for sharing your pic.
This site looks pretty good!
