Leadership Turn

I have always felt that mastering leadership techniques at work or in life is crucial to success. In previous posts I have touched upon this, sometimes, elusive trait, without as much texture or substance as I would have liked.

For the real deal, visit Mary Jo Manzaneres at Leadership Turn. And do check out Mary Jo’s piece entitled Team Building and Interpersonal Communication.

And you have several more hours (at least in the U.S.) for one more fun read, before the unofficial end of summer. My suggestion:

“New Yorker Magazine” columnist, Bill Buford’s “Heat”: An Amateur’s Adventures as Kitchen Slave, Line Cook, Pasta-Maker, and Apprentice to a Dante-Quoting Butcher in Tuscany.

Talk about the need for interpersonal skills!
