Lights Out Sleep Mask Helps Promote REM

The Lights Out Sleep Mask was designed to promote REM (Rapid Eye Movement), the necessary part of the deep sleep cycle.
This mask, unlike many others is molded to cushion your eyes and nose. The molded design blocks out all light, while still allowing the eye movement required for REM sleep. It may take a little getting used to, if you are used to using the flat type of mask, but the more restful sleep is worth it.
A elastic strap (attached to the mask with Velcro) fits the mask comfortably to your head. The mask is easily cleaned with a hand washing, and air dry.
If you’ve never used a sleep mask, you may want to try one on your next red-eye flight. Or if you find yourself in a hotel room that just isn’t dark enough, or has a terrible gab in the drapes.
The Lights Out Sleep Mask comes in a variety of colors, and retails for $9.85. You can find it available online from Magellans.
