Lower back pain? Menopausal? Yup – could be that change of life

If you’re past menopause and you’ve been experiencing more back pain than you did before, it may not be due to your age, but menopause itself.

According to a study published in the latest issue of the journal Menopause, high-intensity back pain was most common in young women with high body mass index and in post-menopausal women. The study involved 506 women.

Yet another interesting finding of how our bodies react during and after menopause.

Well, that could explain my recent bouts with back pain. Did the journal article mention a specific treatment if it’s menopause related?
