Lowering Blood Pressure with RESPeRATE

When I was pregnant, I had a very difficult time controlling my blood pressure. I’ve probably always had borderline high blood pressure because of a positive family history but white coat hypertension clearly played a part as well. I was pregnant in Japan where I knew only enough Japanese to get by on a daily basis, not to converse in medical terms. And, the strict doctors and nurses constantly hounding me about my weight and diet didn’t help. At each prenatal check-up, my blood pressure measurements always made everyone cluck.
If only I had known about the RESPeRATE. Available over the counter, RESPeRATE teaches people to lower their blood pressure using breathing exercises. Have you tried RESPeRATE?
Even without RESPeRATE, I was finally able to get everything under control during my pregnancy when I stopped working and taught myself to visualize going to sleep while lying in a rowboat on a tranquil river while getting my blood pressure taken. That might work for you too!
