Bird Valentine’s Day Card

Originally uploaded by StampingMad

I made this Valentine’s Day card the other year. Simply cut out three hearts, layer them on card stock and then stamp “Happy Valentine’s Day” all over the layers randomly. Print a vintage bird image (I use one of the many Flickr groups that have vintage images from before 1920.) and adhere it to the top of the heart stack.

You can make this card really masculine by using a tan or brown color instead of red for the middle heart or you can make it more feminine by choosing a cute little robin image and switching one of the hearts out for a paper lace heart shaped doily.
