Make a new lifestyle change today
Name one thing you know you are doing right now that is hurting your weight loss progress. For me, one thing I’m doing is eating out too much. Since my kids started back to school, I’ve been much more active, but I’ve been eating out more, too. I’ve been feeling bloated again, so it has to stop.
Sometimes all it takes is one small change to help you get back on track.
