Oh yeah! Photos would be *great* to use in these weavings! Thanks Tom, that’s a fabulous idea. I love fracturing photos and using them in grid designs, but imagine the possibilities of interweaving two different images…it makes the mind reel

Thanks, Cyndi. I’ve been dabbling with paper weaving, using my photos as well as other random paper strips; a little frustrating…until I just picked up a couple tips from you & links within your site. Ready to get back at it!

This is cool – reminds me of making those loopy potholders for our moms. The difference with this “grown-up” version is that you want to interweave the strips to create art or a statement. Peggy Dembicer’s woven art is absolutely incredible!
