In honor of this season’s Bloggy Giveaways I’m giving away my copy of Mama Gena’s Owner’s and Operator’s Guide to Men.
I went to this Life Coach Shrink in Atlanta to learn about Tapping to get rid of some of my hang-ups about sex and money and marriage (before my Law of Attraction mentor Jeff Howard told me to just go online and learn about it for FREE) and paid $150. One of the things I walked away with was a recommendation for THIS book. When I was cleaning out my office I found it and thought, for $150 I should really get the book and see how amazing it is.
It’s not your Gloria Steinham’s feminist theory or the church lady’s “God says to submit to your man” submission theory. Mama Gena begins with this warning,
This book is by a woman, for women only. This book is simply not for men. . . If you are a man, shut this book instantly.
To win this book leave a comment about men. Maybe you love them, maybe you hate them, maybe you think it’s not about them. Whatever.
This contest runs through Sunday August 3 at midnight. I will announce the winner Monday morning.
Readers warning: Gena uses the word Pussy a lot.

I love the one I’m with, but it is for certain that I don’t understand him and I could certainly use a manual!
i love my soon to be hubby, but sometimes we get into itty bitty fights because we think about the same exact event differently. it would be nice if i had some man wisdom!

mean are odd creatures indeed.
I will never understand men’s obvious affection for their penises. Never.
My husband always puts the toilet seat down…but maybe I could learn about some other man things from the book.
you know what they say – boys will be boys, thanks for the contest
Men only give 100% when they benefit from their actions in some way (even if it’s only a tiny bit).
I love my boys, but myd needs an attitude adjustment!
This sounds like a hilarious book! Love the warning for men.
aren’t men great
I think I need all the help I can get! Mr. “S” and I have set a wedding date for March 4th! We are about to kill each other in the process of paying high dollar rent, paying for a house we are TRYING to get finished so we can move in, paying double electric and water bills….okay…you get the point!!! We have a lot on our plate! The point is…we don’t want to kill each other or give up what we have worked so hard towards BEFORE our wedding day…ya know? I would love to read this book to understand if there are things I’m saying or doing (yes I think I’m the boss and it’s HARD for me to give into him) that gets to him! I don’t want to get to him…I just want to get my POINT across to him!
Wow, I’m sorry…
I don’t even know you but your question really hit home!!!
Hopefully things will chill out after we get in our house and the DOUBLE bills taper off (Oct 1st)!!!! Keep me in your prayers!!!! lol
I’m off to check out MORE of your blog!!!
Thanks for a FUN giveaway!!!

This books sounds interesting… men are great!
This book should be put on the high school list of required reading prior to graduation.
Douglas W. – no men are supposed to read this book! Did you disobey Mama Gena?
I’ve been married three times. I don’t understand men at all. I really NEED this book to find out what it is I don’t get!
I love men and I think my boyfriend is wonderful. I just think they do some wacky things sometimes. I’m sure they think the same of us.
Thanks!
I’m still trying to decide how I feel about men.
I’ve been blessed with great men in my life–from family to friends to romantic partners.
Men…can’t live with them…can’t live without them! : ) Love my hubby!
Men are a complete mystery to me. I don’t understand anything about them or the choices they make, etc. Maybe this book would help! Thanks for the chance.
Men are a mystery that maybe only dogs understand. Dunno. Why do they faint at the sight of a needle?
Men seem so simple one day and so complicated the next! Book looks great! Thanks for the giveaway!
Most men are great, especially my boyfriend. I have moved to another state for him and I have never regretted it.
Holy moley, roly poly! This is amazing! irrelevantheart (AT) gmail (DOT) com! Thank you!
Sounds like a must read for every woman! Please enter me in your drawing. Many thanks, Cindi
Men can be handy around the house – so I personally HIRE one when needed. I actually just had my weedeating done and had some barbed wire taken down. The guy was CUTE and reasonable -but luckily he went home to his GF when I was through with him!
Nice prize. I think all women could use a little help with understanding men.
Men! Always entering contests to win stuff for their girlfriends/wives/mothers (well at least this one). Sheesh!
men are not as deep or mysterious as we would want to believe they are. Men are happy with basic needs, food, sleep, sex and play not in that order.
Men are a lot simpler than we think. They also would be lost without us!
Great contest! WOuld love to win a copy of this book. Looks like a real informative read!
My thought on men…you can’t live with them and you can’t live without them!
Men…can’t live with ‘em, can’t live with ‘em!
as a phsycotherapist, this looks like a great book to add to my library for clients to borrow!!
Men are definitely different than women in a lot of ways, good and bad.
Men do have one thing on their mind most of the time and I usually have the same thing. Love to read this book.
A girl needs someone to argue with
Anything that even HINTS at resembling an “Owner’s Manual” has my attention immediately — there are a few switches and push buttons I’m still trying to figure out…
The way I’ve heard it, once you get through that thick outer lining men need much more care in handling than women do — MIGHT learn something useful here, if your random number generator takes the right “tumble”…
Men can be charming! However, since I’m having committment issues, I hope this book can give me some insights!
Men just don’t get it!
Finding a good man is hard. Thanks for the giveaway.
men are so cute when they’re tired, and they’re just sitting there trying not to fall asleep like when you’re 5, hehe
I haven’t exactly figured out why I choose men. They sure look good but behind the exterior, they’re so friggin’ frustrating!
Men are an enigma wrapped up in a riddle to me.
i dont trust them
Men are big grown up babies.
Always remember this: Judge a man by his actions, NOT by his words.
i think men can be just as insecure as women, probably even more!
Without men., how would the world revolve..and who would build our pedestals…??/ lol
I have decided that hiring a “Honey-Do” man is much better and less stress than being married. You tell them what needs to be done and they do it without arguing or “attitude” or without putting it off until another time. They are cheaper than a husband. You don’t have too feed them or do their laundry. Thanks for this wonderful opportunity enter your contest.
