Richard Humphreys was diagnosed with diabetes when he was only 14 years old.  Now 62, not only he has lived with the disease for 48 long years but also encouraged and helped others, especially children, in living the disease.  This month, he has undertaken a walk of 380 miles from Camp Ho Mita Koda, 30 miles east of Cleveland to his home in South eastern Pennsylvania, to raise money for the diabetes camp that he directs.  He hopes to raise $100,000. You can follow his progress here.  You could also support his cause through donations.  You can read his blog here.
