My sister, Robin, is a big fan of Williams-Sonoma. She’s also a fan of grilling, so today when I found this cutting board, I thought of her.

Boos Reversible Cutting Board
$199

It’s made of maple and it has two sides – one is flat for chopping or dicing veggies or fruit, but when you turn it over, it has a grooved edge that catches food juices.

There is a round version that measures  16 inch in diameter, 2 inches thick,  and an oval that run 20×12x2 inches.  It’s made by the John Boos company , a company known for “fine wood furnishing for the kitchen.”  It’s only available at Williams-Sonoma and it’s only available online.
