Mario Batali Talks Skirt Steak

Anyone else miss Mario Batali? Molto Mario was one of my favorite Food Network shows and I was so sad when I found it’d been canceled. Is he even on Iron Chef anymore? I can’t remember the last time I saw him there either.
Anyway, he made an appearance on Today, showing Meredith Vieira how to make a winter meal with skirt steak and a simple marinade of olive oil, tyme, rosemary, black pepper and garlic. He also makes a salsa verde and a bean salad.
Mario has a show on PBS now. I don’t know what it’s called, but he travels around Spain with Gwyneth Paltrow and a few other people eating and talking about Spanish cuisine.

I was just going to echo the comment above. Mario has a show on the “Create” cable channel which is a Public Broadcasting channel. He and Gwyneth and the NY Times food critic travel around Spain eating and cooking.
It’s called Spain on the Road Again.
