Many women wonder exactly what is normal with their periods. For example, do all women spot? A new article gives some answers.

For example, spotting. Spotting occurs more and more now with women taking different birth control methods, such as those that limit the amount of periods you have in a year. According to CNN, occasional spotting is not at all uncommon. “Some women who aren’t on the pill spot when they ovulate because of a rapid surge and decline in estrogen midcyle.”
