Earlier today I put China under a mental health spotlight.
Well, also earlier today, Chato at Mental Health Humor put Mental Health Notes under a spotlight – two spotlights, actually!
Not only did Chato interview me for his weekly 5 Questions Friday feature, where we talked about my goals with Mental Health Notes, my experiences as a NAMI Affiliate Leader, and how I got involved in the world of mental health advocacy, but he also passed me the Arte y Pico Award.
According to the rules, I must now pass the Arte y Pico Award on to five other bloggers, so stay tuned for my winners!
