Merry Christmas, Pups

Remember last month I mentioned looking at dog crates that look like furniture for our dogs? They’re currently sleeping in those hard plastic pet carriers in the living room and we’ve been on the lookout for something a little less of an eyesore.
I buckled and got one for them and it should be here by the end of the week. Needless to say the dogs aren’t getting stockings this year but at least they’ll be nice and cozy all winter!
What do you do with your dogs at night? Crate them? Let them run free?

In your bed. That’s where the dog wants to be. Try a soft bed next to your bed at first. It won’t work. Move the dog bed to the living room window and let the dog on the bed. It’s the only way you’ll get any sleep. Sometimes the dog may sleep in the other room. Crates are another story. All they want is you for Christmas and every day after. Dee
Hi Dee! We considered letting our dogs sleep with us when we first got them but decided against it, so they sleep in their own little beds. Thankfully we got them used to it as puppies so they don’t have problems with it now
I agree you with you though, they do seem perfectly happy just being with us (and vice versa)!
